In this session we will focus on the physical mechanics of Bridging, tactical applications, targeting/weapons, and internal methodology.
Afternoon session:
We will concentrate on the physical, mental, emotional and psychological aspects of Bridging and combative applications.
The Rapid Skill Building Seminars™ are designed for the novice as well as the advanced martial artist. Training will focus on developing highly effective skills through unique drills learned in these seminars. These skills are an adjunct to any style of martial art and will improve your effectiveness in combative situations.
