The Institute

The Tang Wei Martial Arts Institute, Inc. and its affiliated instructors are the only source available to the general public for instruction in the little-known martial arts system known as Wu Ji Chyuan Fa.

While Wu Ji Chyuan Fa could properly be described as a style, and although it does include the development of a personal 'style' as part of what is taught, because of its thorough and methodical approach, Wu Ji Chyuan Fa is more properly described as a system of martial knowledge.

The first of what is commonly taught to the public in our many seminars is the style called Wu Ji Tao, which is a subset of the skills contained in the Wu Ji Chyuan Fa system, focused on Rapid Skill Building™ and accessibility—conceived of as a modularized approach to the system's knowledge.
